Rufskin always has fun and out of the box swimwear. This year they have a new collection out and this is one of the newest pairs. The pair in the picture is the SENEQUIER. “An alluring euro-cut brief exclusive the Cote d’Azur collection, a tribute to the glamorous coast of Southern France. This suit wraps your body in a metallic gold lame Lycra and features a contrast metallic silver waistband. A seamless back panel highlights the rear while contoured front seam and faux fly accentuate the front” It retails for $56 on the Rufskin site.

Have you ever gone swimming in your underwear? I think there are a few of us who can say we’ve done it. It’s not the most ideal situation. Swimming in underwear can be interesting, especially if it’s 100% cotton. Suppose you can have the best of swimwear and underwear? Rufskin has created the Hybrid. Rufskin says this about the collection, “between underwear and poolside leisure wear is born with this conceptual collection combining high-performance fabric and contemporary design”

The Hybrid line has three styles. The Nelson (a string bikini), Enzo (Brief) and Mahino (trunk). Each of the styles is only available in black. The fabric is 67% Rayon 28% Nylon 5% Spandex blend. “Contrasting fully enclosed elastic waistband constructed from a rubber-look poly-spandex blend with a matte finish.” Which is a great way to top off this line.

nelson-l8_1

The Nelson is an “ultra sexy, euro-cut bikini brief.” It’s more of a string bikini with a one inch waistband. The back looks not quite full but more of a 3/4 cut. It will cover your backside for the most part! This is definitely a super sexy cut that will be fun to wear as a pair of underwear or swimwear. The Nelson retails for $58

enzo-l1

The next pair is the Enzo. The Enzo is an “elegant euro-style brief.” To me its more retro and a throw back to classic cut from the 50’s or 60’s. Its not a bikini but it’s a full cut brief. It’s almost a trunk. It is for the guy who doesn’t want to go as bare as the Nelson but doesn’t quite want a trunk. The Enzo retails for $62

mahino-l-sexy

The last pair is the Mahino. The Mahino is a trunk cut. Meaning it’s tight and cut just below the crotch. This pair is perfect for the trunk lover in underwear or swimwear. This is the most conservative pair of the collection. If you are a little wary of wearing a brief on the beach this could be for you. The Mahino retails for $66.

This collection is one of the best hybrid collections I have seen on the market. It’s classic and fun. The black allows it to be used as both underwear and swimwear with out people really noticing. Find all three styles on the Rufskin site!

If you don’t want to wear the runners with nothing over them. You should try the Junk UnderJeans Raw Street Runners. They can be worn solo or with something over them. The front has a breathable mesh panel as well! The Raw Street Runner is available in Aqua, Green (pictured) and pink. Don’t let the pink fool you black with pink accents. Made out of 95% Polyester/5% Spandex blend. The Raw Street Runner retails for $40 on the Junk UnderJeans site

Unknown-17

Looking for a pair that is fashionable as well? Rufskin has been making Runners for years. The Lynx is one that isn’t so over the top that you can’t wear them to the gym. Some runners they have made are super sexy and may turn a few too many heads. The Lynx runner has a stripe that goes up the legs and back to accent the body. The olive has a shiny wet look finish. The black has a more rubber like appearance. The Lynx retails at $82 at the Rufskin site.

0220_Blue_1

One thing we haven’t covered too much is color. There are some of us out there who love to wear color in our underwear and work out wear! JOR has released the JOR 0220 Runner Long Pant. The blue is a bright fun blue with a white stripe down the side and neon waistband. If you’re looking for something less bright they also make it in a black with a yellow stripe! Made out of a 96% polyester, 4% spandex blend.  Find the JOR 0220 Runners  at the Candyman Fashion site for $55.48

The last pair we are going to cover is the 2EROS BLK AKTIV line. These are basic black with a 2EROS waistband. Much like the Junk UnderJeans listed above these can be worn by themselves or under a pair of shorts. It’s made from a 95% Polyester / 5% Elastane lightweight fabric that will wick moisture away. Perfect for working out in. Can you go wrong with basic black? The BLK AKTIV Compression Tights retail for $89.95 AUD on the 2EROS Site.

Check out these five great pairs of runners. We are sure there will be one pair you will love!

Unknown-27Who better to profile on Undies Monday? Rufskin has some amazing and fun underwear. The pair we are profiling is the Elton. Which is a string bikini cut in bright red (also in white and teal). You are almost guaranteed to have an amazing day wearing this pair all day. Think of putting it on under your Khakis and sitting through meetings all day long. You will feel amazing. Or maybe you wear coveralls and work in a garage all day, these under your clothes will make sure your Monday is an amazing day. The Elton retails for $29 at the Rufskin site.

12189285_1171028926244847_464649446306187931_oWhen you think of Rufskin what comes to mind? To me it’s always super sexy, body accenting and wild designs. The brand has it’s own style and its’ amazing what they have created over the last few years. This is from the underwear, swimwear, activewear and denim. You can say their designs are never boring.

Enter the Tino brief. This is one of the most classic designs I have seen out of the brand known for it’s fashion forward designs. Is this a bad thing? Not at all. I think every brand should have some more classic designs in their collection at some point. The Tino brief is more traditional/classic cut of a  brief. Unlike traditional briefs there is no white in this collection. Rufskin used their own color palette.

Their description is:

This comfy and supportive brief featuring our iconic 1.5″ elastic waistband is fabricated using über-soft cotton-spandex jersey. Contoured seat and double-layered front pouch, secured with cover stitch, create and extremely flattering fit. Comfort and style at its best. Classic colors with black trim for an elegant touch.

The Tino comes in just two colors. They are grey and burgundy. I will say I love the burgundy more than the grey but both are very nice. The black waistband is a nice addition to this pair and sets it of nicely. Some of you maybe not expecting this from the Rufskin. They have done similar pairs in the past that are more traditional. It still very much has a Rufskin feel to the pair. They prove classic can be sexy!

Find the Tino brief on the Rufskin website for $42.00.

RunnersOne of the biggest trends in the world of men’s gear is spandex. In the last few years singlets have been some of the most popular gear on the market. No longer a piece of clothing wrestlers wear on the mat. It is now worn for athletic and erotic purposes. This love has spurred even more gear.

The latest are runners. You maybe asking what the hell are runners? They go by many names including leggings, running tights and spandex pants. Usually are full length to the ankle but could also be just below the knee. This style has been around since the 80’s and were very popular. In the 90’s and early 2000’s they fell out of style with the public.

In the last few years many runners have taken these up for running in colder weather. Also UnderArmour and Skins have been produced many types of these for sports and working out. These performance pairs are expensive and are designed for serious working out. But that hasn’t stopped the popularity of them. Just check out Tumblr, they have tons of blogs for each brand!

Why is the popularity increasing for these? Guys I think are feeling more confident and want to show off their worked out bodies. This goes for gay and straight. Many of the runners are straight.

Now brands are starting to produce these for fashion. Just as singlets they are not for just athletic activities any more. One of the earliest to produce them has been N2N Bodywear. Just like singlets, runners for them have come in both workout and erotic wear.

Here are some examples:

Unknown-5Rufskin Lief –  Not so basic running tights available in various color combinations to compliment our latest athletic collection

Unknown-6Rufskin MaxGlow  – Three-quarter length running tights are sure to demand attention with a graphic red, white & blue print

Unknown-7Rufskin Ricky – Full length workout tights made from poly-spandex “super mesh” that forms to every muscle while remaining breathable and comfortable

R30-15-FullN2N Bodywear USA Runners – N2N’s newest sport runner. Body-hugging design. Snug ankle bands, elastic waist and draw cord

TT2-15-FullN2N Bodywear TriTech Runner – Active runners with a built in pouch. Made of recycled PED.

R8-11-3N2N Bodywear Sheer Skin runner – If you like runners and you are somewhat of an exhibitionist; our Sheer Skin Runner is the perfect choice. Our pouch-less, long legged uber low ride design coupled with the sheer butt cleavage element make this one sexy workout or party outfit.

Model Profile (1)Many of you guys have Seen Logan Swiecki-Taylor over the years. He’s been the “face” of Rufskin for the past few years. I have known him for a few years and he’s an amazing guy. He sat down with us to answer a few quick questions so you guys can get to know him a bit better!

What was your first modeling job and how did you come to get it?

Well my first 100% legit, super, awesome, great job was Rufskin. They found me though Facebook almost 4 years ago.

10357720_864012980279778_6713148876512985819_oWhat made you want to pursue modeling?

I was more or less put into it because of one of my mothers hair dressers when I was younger “hes so cute he should model”, All the castings I went to never were fruitfull till I was out of college.

Do you have a shoot that you consider your breakthrough in your career?

I did a bunch of test shoots in Greece which helped me build a deccent “book” which led to Rufskin discovering me.

11817199_10207409476613929_711299748099802020_nWhich shoot has been your favorite? Why?

Rufskin, Rufskin, Rufskin! No other group or photographer has been able to share, create, and capture the energy that they do!

Which shoot has been your most challenging?

With the team that Rufskin has there is no such thing as a “challenge”.

10257581_841343929213350_7099201618281977213_oAre there any brands or photographers you would like to work with that you have not worked with yet?

Never really though about it… Maybe someone or something along the lines of action and extreme sports (jumping out of a plane on fire while naked type stuff)

What is something our readers don’t know about you outside of modeling that you want them to know?

I’m hella shy but an all round nice guy once my shells cracked.

What kind of diet and exercise do you do to prepare for shoots?

Its not so much preparing for shoots… My lifestyle/passion is anything fitness related the side effects result in looking good naked. I’m Paleo-ish, love fruits, veggies, meat, and seafood. It boils down to eating REAL food thats minimally processed. Good in = Good out.

IMG_8104Favorite cheat meal?

I scream you scream we all scream for ICE CREAM

Were you a fan of underwear before modeling?

No and I still enjoy comando!

Looking at your underwear drawer, what is it made up of?

33.3% Boxers, 33.3% Briefs, 33.3% jocks 100% Rufskin

Unknown-20

The craziest pair of underwear you have ever worn?

Le Sac by Rufskin which has been recreated and is now Asusa. Nice pouch for your man bits to just hang out in. (pictured Above)

What are your goals for your career?

Ive never set any goals for my modeling, I’ve always just “gone with the flow bro”. It’s gotten me this far and I’m happy. In the end as long as I’m happy thats all that needs to be planned for.

What is the best advice anyone gave you when you started your modeling career?

Don’t get your hopes up, its a cut-throat industry… but don’t give up. Everyone knows someone else use that to your advantage.

IMG_8189Swimwear should always be fun. One company that really lives up to this philosophy is Rufskin. They do this with different cuts, colors and prints. Over the years they have created some fun pairs. This is the collection for 2015. Here is what Rufskin says about the line!

Rufskin announces their 2015 full Spring/Summer collection now available at rufskin.com, RUFSKIN Boutiques and select retail partners worldwide.

As a brand renowned for an emphasis on body flattering fit paired with an out-of-the-box design aesthetic, Rufskin offers yet another original and inspired capsule of swim and beachwear that is sexy, exuberant and offers something for everyone. The colors and prints were inspired by the eclectic and dazzling artwork found in and around the RUFHOUSE in the California desert, running the gamut from Latin folk needlepoint artwork to cartoons & lightning bolts.

A wide variety of cuts means you’ll find skimpy Euro style bikinis, retro onion-skin nylon board shorts and everything in between. It doesn’t stop at speedos, sungas and trunks either thanks to a playful collection of beachwear styles including flashy printed tanks and tees as well as super sexy mesh cover-ups. And as always, every piece is designed and manufactured in California.

6 Bikinis

I’ve been wearing bikinis (or bikini briefs) for the past 20+ years.  Thankfully, this underwear style has come a long way in that time.  Below are six of my favorite pairs available for purchase today, in no particular order.  I actually own all but one of these pairs, which I plan on correcting very soon!

222180Cover Male – Cheeky Bikini.  (Available at freshpair.com for US $23)
This pair is a fun “cheeky” mix between a bikini brief and a thong, showing off a lot more cheek than a traditional bikini back without riding up too much.  The stretchy microfiber fabric has a shiny finish to it that adds to the edginess of the pair.  This is the pair for someone who is a little more daring in their underwear choices.
UN82-12-AN2N – Air Bikini (Available at n2nbodywear.com for US $20)
N2N is by far one of my favorite underwear brands and they never go wrong with their styles.  I chose the Air Bikini because of the freedom of movement they provide with the open leg (aka “string bikini”) design.  This pair is extremely comfortable to wear, so comfortable that I usually forget I have them on.
IS_UND_Billy_Plain_Blue_1_130305105041Aussiebum – Billy (Available at aussiebum.com for US $12.86)
I tried this pair a couple of years ago because of the fun patterns (also available in solid colors); and I’m glad I did.  They’re made from a lightweight cotton that very comfortable to wear.  Aussiebum continues to release new patterns for this style brief, so continue to check back if you’re one that likes fun patterns.  (Note:  The Billy line is also available as a trunk, but I haven’t tried it yet.)
Unknown-136Rufskin – Virgo (Available at rufskin.com for US $21)
This isn’t a brand that I hear much about, but I discovered it a couple of years ago and make a point to try out their new pairs every year.  This year, I found this pair which reminded me a lot of the bikinis from the late 80s and 90s.  I purchased a pair and, when I pulled it on the first time, I was reminded of my very first bikinis all those years ago.  This is the pair for you if you’re looking for an update on that “blast from the past” or enjoy the retro look.
9687_4389cAndrew Christian – Almost Naked Spree Brief (Available at andrewchristian.com for US $20.20)
This is the one pair that I don’t yet own, but I plan to make a purchase soon.  I absolutely love the Almost Naked line for its “hang free” design; I love all underwear that feel like you’re wearing nothing at all yet still look sexy and are comfortable.  What draws me to this pair the most is the contrast waistband with the crisscross feature just above the pouch.
31949Intymen – Sport Brief (Available at freshpair.com for US $21.50)
I was only supposed to include five pairs in this post, but when I saw these were still available for purchase at FreshPair, I just had to include them.  Want to wear a pair that are so light, yet provide good support throughout the day?  This pair is a must have!  I have several of these and am always amazed how well they hold up after a long day at work, a tough workout, or a grueling tennis match.
Of course, there are many other wonderful bikinis in the market today.  What are your favorites?  What pair would you recommend to someone who is trying this style for the first time?

tof-catMany of our readers are familiar with Tom of Finland. If you’re not he’s an erotic artist who became well known in the 70’s and 80’s. His hyper masculine men became a icon in the gay world. The leather jacket and cut off shorts became trade marks of his art work. The artist who drew Tom of Finland, Touko Laaksonen, died in 1991. But the Tom of Finland legacy lives on.

Rufskin has a new limited edition collection based on Tom of Finland. The designs incorporate some of the artwork and others are just inspired by the brand. Ruskin is a perfect fit for a Tom of Finland collaboration. The brand has often reminded me of Tom of Finland. Its sexy but always masculine. There is a range from shirts to underwear in this collection. Ruskin used their own style to mesh with the iconic Tom of Finland. The new collection is limited edition so it won’t be around long. If you are a fan of the line then shop early.

I think this is great for Ruskin and is a super sexy collection. Check it out at the Tom of Finland page on the Ruskin site. Pics are the entire collection.

One thing lately that has caught my attention in the world of gear is Cosplay. There is something about it I find intriguing that you can be someone else for a day. Rufskin is known for creating super fun and hot gear. Not just swimwear and underwear but activewear!

The Bard singlet is one that was created to be a super hero inspired pair. You maybe asking how is this super hero? Well they designed this out of a rubber like spandex fabric. So this makes it look like a super hero costume. But also it lives up to the Ruskin hot factor. Let’s face it, in the world of underwear/gear Rufskin makes some the hottest gear to show off in!

The design also has a low swooping cut that really shows off your body. The mesh strip that runs down the middle will accent some skin without showing it all off! The black spandex also is one that looks super sexy on, they made a great choice with the fabric. The rubber like spandex gives you the fetish look without the price of rubber. Rubber is super expensive.

If you’re looking to expand your gear collection check out this singlet from Rufskin. It retails for $78. The fabric is an 80% nylon/20% spandex blend.
