Hinging on the successful release of its inaugural collection one year ago, Jack Adams will begin releasing all new styles of men’s underwear starting with the Army Fly Jock Brief on September 15, 2011. The new Army Fly Jock Brief reinvents the traditional jockstrap not only by incorporating an open-rear brief design, but also by adding an unprecedented functional fly and a spacious front pouch that contours.

Men will love the pouch design as it provides plenty of room without compromising on support. Meanwhile, the Army Fly Jock Brief provides access unlike any other jockstrap on the market. This new version of the jockstrap gives men multiple reasons to add several pair to their collection of underwear as it is ideal for daily wear, athletic wear and sexy wear.

Made from 90 percent cotton and 10 percent spandex, the new Army Fly Jock Brief is available in four colors: black with white trim, white with black trim, black with red trim and black with yellow trim. It also features a traditional jockstrap waistband.

A publicity campaign has begun featuring amazing photography by Michael Stokes of the new Jack Adams Army Fly Jock Brief. Due to the overwhelming success of the original Jack Adams Jock Brief, the campaign also includes brand new imagery of this existing style. All the new imagery of the Army Fly Jock Brief and the original Jack Adams Jock Brief is available for download at JackAdamsUSA.com along with imagery from the past. High-resolution image files are available by request.

The suggested retail price of the Jack Adams Army Fly Jock Brief is $28.50. It is available online at 10percent.com as well as local community retailers around the world.

Following the September 15, 2011 release of the Army Fly Jock Brief, Jack Adams will release the BodyFlex Mesh Brief in December 2011. Featuring a soft four-way stretch mesh material that feels like a second skin, the BodyFlex Mesh Brief with its keyhole fly pouch wicks away moisture and is perfect performance underwear for the active man.

Our Underwear of the Month Last month was the Armani Cotton Strech Trunks. Armani generously sent us a pair to review as well

This is my second pair of Empro Emporio Armani. I have a pair of briefs I bought about two years ago and really liked them. They were pretty well made and I looked forward to trying these out. As we know, boxer briefs are not my favorite thing in the world,  but, in the last few years my opinion has been changing as more and more brands really begin to put some thought into the construction and support of the style.

I wore these to work. I do work in an office but I don’t sit all day. I have to go from meeting to meeting and run around our office,  which is no small feat. I really liked the fit and feel of these. I would have loved them to have a little more spandex to really form to my body but they were a good fit. They didn’t ride up, or give me any of the troubles I’ve had from boxer briefs in the past.

The pair fit me pretty well. In all actuality I really didn’t think about them being trunks. I know that may sound strange, but being a brief lover, I’m not used to having undies on my legs. I usually at some point feel them or they annoy me in some way. These didn’t at all and I will happily wear them again. They were solid black with a conservative waistband, and if you want a simple pair of classic trunks, then these are for you!

Pros:

  • Didn’t ride up or bunch
  • Very classic styling
  • Great for someone active

Cons

  • Wish for more of a spandex blend
  • Would love some bright colors in these

In their latest collection “Classic 2.0” their pouches are made from a finer count of mesh as well as a new non sheer modal version that is softness at its best. Their new fabrics and waistbands bring a heightened level of masculinity and sophistication to their signature pouch. The Mckillop Classic 2.0 pouch is also cut a little bit larger in the front and our contents labels now cover the back seam for added softness.

The Large expandable pouch enhances your natural movement; while our soft, breathable mesh and modal, cups and holds you in place naturally without any legs straps. (Optional Support Ring included). Also the higher the waistband sits the more WOW factor, you will receive.

We couldn’t show you the new mesh but they are the same cut but MESH!

I go over briefly about what i saw at both shows. It was a busy show and some really great collections out, from well known and brand new companies. We will bring you a lot more videos and write ups about the show.

Look for them this week! I also go over the delay in the swimwear guide
