Junk Underjeans Review

I was given the privilege to review a new brand of underwear soon to be hitting the streets. Junk Underjeans provided us a couple of pairs to test and review. First impressions were very soft material, very comfortable upon putting them on, and really cool patterns. I wasn’t too sure about the first pair, as it did not seem to do a good job with holding the boys in place. Now, having tried the second pair, I think it might have been operator error. I wasn’t sure about the zipper fly combined with the internal pouch and how it all worked together.

What happened with the first pair was that it seemed to stretch out and not keep everything secure. I am sure my exploration of the ins and outs of the undies did not help matters. I was a little concerned by this until I tried the second pair. On the second pair, I did not check out or explore its features, but wore them as one probably should. I put them on and away I went. Everything fit perfectly, stayed in place, and they were extremely comfortable the entire day.

My wife loved the second pair, too. She liked the look of them with the silver dots on the sides, the zipper, the way they conformed to my body, and pretty much everything else. With that in mind, I would have to say they are great undies and will be enjoyed by all!

Color Color Everywhere… Well Colorful Undies

I enjoy color everywhere but I never really thought about color in my undies. I wear undies in all sorts of colors and stripes – nothing to bright or bold, at least not yet. I tend to coordinate my undies with whatever I am wearing. I have red undies for Valentines Day, green undies for St. Patrick’s Day, and the like. So why not go for pink undies or wild patterned undies? Well, I think I will. I think I’ll try some crazy patterns and bright colors and just have fun with it. I know my wife enjoys color, too, as she has chosen bold colors to use in decorating our home. I am sure she will appreciate the different color of undies I pick out. In the future, I am saying out with the plain, boring, and sedate colors and in with the bright, fun, and bold ones.

I recently read something that what we wear affects our mood, even in our underwear. Black undies, which I love, can bring a person down. If all you wear is white undies then you are probably boring. Bright cheery colors worn so that only the wearer knows can still improve their state of mind, etc. It can boost a person’s confidence, make them bolder, or even encourage them to take a risk.

There are so many great companies out there with a vast selection of colorful undies. It is hard to choose what to buy. There are boxers, boxer briefs, trunks, briefs, low rise briefs, bikini and jocks in all different colors. I love that there are bold colors and pastel colors. I also love that there are patterned undies as well. Some are pretty nostalgic with super hero characters/symbols, some show off guys different interests (bikes, motorcycles, tractors, fishing, whatever), and some are just down right fun! With all the fabulous colors and patterns out there it is time to choose something fun and festive and brighten up your wardrobe, bring a smile to your face. I am looking forward to adding more color and patterns into my undies drawer.

Showing Your Patriotic Side

Show your patriotism with the fourth of July just around the corner I was trying to figure out how to show my patriotism (or not show but still be patriotic) with my undies. I love the idea of being decked out in red, white and blue, even down to my undies. There is just something about supporting this country and wearing the colors is a just one way to do that. Patriotic undies are an exciting way to show my support for this great country as I get great support.

So I did a search, spent some time researching what is out there and found some great undies. I found this great jock strap by Tulio at Mens Underwear Club. I love the stripes and stars on the band with the red pouch. It also comes in blue which is really nice looking as well.

Now I know not everyone enjoys a jock so I kept looking and found a really great boxer by Pikante at Erogenos
It looks so comfortable and supportive. The pattern is really cool, too. The stars covering the pouch, the bold stripes on the legs and the solid blue on the inner thigh are very cool.

Many guys love to deck themselves out in the stars and stripes and show their love and support and this is just another way to do just that thing. So if anyone is looking for a way to show their patriotism, here are two great undies that would fit the bill. Have a great 4th of July weekend and enjoy some great undies.

A Straight Guys Take on Men’s Underwear

Here at Underwear News Briefs, we know that not only gay guys love their undies, but straight guys are really starting to get into undies as well. I have talked to many underwear companies and designers and they all say that if the market were just gay guys, the industry would not be where it is today. Straight guys are having their wives and girlfriends buy them undies for years, but many more are buying undies they like, regardless of style, material or color. We have a new writer here, Mark, and he is going to give his take on undies. You will see a lot more from him in the next few weeks. Yes, as you can tell he is straight and we think this is an awesome view point to share! Here is his posting – Tim

I wear underwear and enjoy underwear and I am straight. All men like comfort, fit, style, looks, etc. Just because your wife might be the only who sees your underwear doesn’t mean we don’t care about our underwear. I think it is a total myth that straight guys don’t care.

My mom always picked out my underwear growing up (tighty whities) but when I was old enough to care, I started buying my own. I tried many different types, styles, etc. and I must say, there are a lot out there. I found some I liked and some I didn’t. I found some that fit well and again, some that didn’t. I tried different styles, fabrics, cuts, etc. until I found ones I liked. I look for comfort, non-binding type underwear. I don’t wear boxers much because I don’t like not feeling secure. I wear trunks, bikini, jocks and an occasional thong. So, for the most part, I enjoy the less is best motto. It is nice to be comfortable underneath when dressed in jeans, slacks, suit, tuxedo, or whatever.

What’s out there on the market today that I am interested and would love to try? Hmmm…I would like to try N2N Sheer Mesh Jock, Bikini, Boxer Brief and Thong, C-IN2 Jock, Fagioni Sheer Mesh Bikini Brief Andrew Christian Sports Mesh Jock. I am sure there are a lot of others out there that fall into the less is more category but for now, these are my picks. Currently I wear Life String Bikini Underwear bought at Wal-Mart because you can’t beat the price and with the economy the way it is that is a big factor. Some day I hope to be able to buy what I want, where I want and whenever I want.

My wife enjoys looking at me in my underwear as well. She likes to see me walk around our bedroom, giving her a little show, etc. Her favorites are the ones that are sheer. I enjoy wearing them for comfort but also to show off to my beautiful wife.
