Pros: Luxurious material, Anglefit technology, waistband

Cons: No defined pouch (more of a personal preference), didn’t stay in place all day

UNB Marco recommendation: I am in love with this blend of materials and the classiness of this pair of briefs.

D.Hedral is one of those brands I’ve always wanted to try, but because it’s a European brand that charges shipping and is a bit on the pricey side, I never ended up making a purchase. Within the first minute of putting on the pair, I knew I had been seriously missing out.

When I first saw the pair, I assumed it would be more of a fashion pair and not made for going to the gym, but after wearing it, I realized I was wrong. The material is lightweight, breathable, and dries quickly, so it’s actually ideal for high-intensity activities. In addition, as its name says, it’s seamless, so that allows for more freedom of movement for various exercises. But I also think it’s  perfect for those lazy Sunday mornings spent lounging around the house because of its sheer comfort. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s one of the most comfortable pairs of briefs I’ve ever worn. It fits like a glove, has soft fabric, and doesn’t constrict any part of me.

My favorite feature of this pair is D.Hedral’s Anglefit Technology. Basically, it’s like an invisible Y back that contours your rear end and results in a perfect fit. There’s no lifting or uncomfortable straps, it simply acts as a second skin and shows off your silhouette. Overall, the seamless construction works well, definitely better than other seamless pairs that kind of choke your package due to the lack of built-in pouch. Every aspect of this pair is elegant and modern, especially the contrast waistband that adds an extra layer of style.

As for size, there’s actually only a Small/Medium and a Large/Extra Large. Normally this would present a problem, but the pair allows for ample stretching, so you should be safe basing your size off of their waist size ranges.

I suspect that within the next year or two, D.Hedral is going to become a major player in the American underwear market. That’s because it’s extremely comfortable, makes you look good, and has a classic yet unique look that appeals to every type of guy.

Male Power furnished the Pocket Pool Pocket Short for review.

Rating: 8.2/10

  • Daily Fit: 7/10
  • Sizing: 8/10
  • Construction:9/10
  • Styling: 9/10
  • Daily Performance: 8/10

Pros: The pair is really stylish with the contrasting colors. The pockets near the pouch add interest. Leg holes don’t stretch out even with lots of movement.

Cons: The pair would ride down exposing part of my butt.

I have tried Male Power in the past for the site. This was a different style but I did like how the pair before fit. This pair of shorts (or trucks) are what I enjoy wearing the most so I was excited to try this pair out. I loved the look of the pair as soon as I removed them from the package.

I wore this pair of underwear while I was working my retail job. I was busy building shelving and moving product around the store so I was moving and bending a lot in them. Overall the underwear felt great all day. With all of the movement, the underwear didn’t get stretched out at all. The shorts leg holes didn’t stretch out which helped the pair remain in place throughout the day. The one issue I had was that the pair would occasionally ride down exposing the top of my butt, which could be from having a bubble butt.

The pair is made really well. It is made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex. The underwear is all cotton with the spandex being the pockets on the front. The pair is black with red pockets that are made to look like classic gym shorts. The waistband has the male power logo and matches in color. There is a decent pouch built into the underwear so there is space for your “goods” to be comfortable.

I got a small pair of underwear and they fit me perfectly. I have only had one pair of underwear from Male Power not fit me before, otherwise, the pairs have fit amazing. The underwear hugs your body and doesn’t stretch out horribly over the course of your day, no matter how much you move.

Overall I was really happy with this pair of underwear. It was comfortable and remained in place throughout the day. It is a fun pair with a different look with the pockets next to the pouch on the front of the underwear. I will definitely enjoy wearing this underwear every time I pull them on.

Todd Sanfield provided me with these undies to review. It is not every day that you get to try an entire collection for an underwear designer that you have wanted to try for a long time, but I got just that opportunity. Todd Sanfield is a designer from Detroit and his collections have interested me for a couple of years now, so when I had the opportunity to review his whole Essentials Collection, I jumped at the opportunity

Rating: 9.8/10

  • Daily Fit: 10/10
  • Sizing: 9/10
  • Construction: 10/10
  • Styling: 10/10
  • Daily Performance: 10/10

Pros: Soft Lenzing Modal Fabric, Perfect Fit, Classy design and colors

Cons: The pouch was a little small

UNB John’s recommendation:

This was the first pair that I wanted to review from this collection. I am a huge briefs fan and these looked amazing. Todd sent us the entire collection in red, which I think is just a sexy color for underwear anyways so I was hooked right away. I also noticed the detail that have been put into the design of these undies, from the overall construction of these undies to the shiny embroidered logo on the waistband, these are just an amazing pair of simple and sexy undies.

When I tried these on, the first thing I noticed was the fabric combination. It was soft and stretchy but it also held it shape and did not ride up. They were comfortable to wear all day. One problem that I usually have with briefs is having enough coverage in the back. I have a bigger behind, and these provided me with the perfect amount of coverage. They have a nice pouch around the front, which it wish was a little bigger, but overall it was not enough of a complaint to make me not love these undies. The design and logo on the waistband is subtle and elegant as well.

Since the first time wearing these, I can’t seem to get enough. These are comfortable enough to wear all day to work, but sexy enough to put on before going out at night. I love the simple yet sexy red color, and I can easily say these have moved to the top of my underwear drawer when it comes to my “got to” briefs.

Final Thoughts:

If you are looking for a comfortable pair of briefs that are simple yet sexy, these are totally worth checking out. With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, you can bet that these will be the pair I am wearing for that romantic night out!

Another round of Cocksox for me and after my last review, I was very excited.  I immediately loved the look of these even before I put them on.  Great color with contrast elastic and a nice waistband, too.  I was thrilled to receive the azure blue with mint trim, a combination I don’t see online but they have navy, bright blue, red and mint green combinations.  It appears that they come in sheer, as well, if you prefer to show off a bit more.

These were my choice for an average Tuesday at work and then out to dinner afterward.  Seeing that the cut looked pretty standard, I wasn’t afraid of committing to these for a long day.  These strike me as everyday underwear rather than for the gym but I suppose they could be used for that.

Sizing is standard with a medium fitting a 32-34 waist.  Unless you like your undies extra tight, I think ordering your normal size would be fine.  The CX76N has enough room and stretch to accommodate if you’re on the edge of the size range.

I loved these as soon as they went on.  Cocksox are always well made, from the fabric (92% Supplex, 8% Lycra) to the stitching.  The pouch gave plenty of room and support but is not their “original” pouch, but what they refer to as “contour”.  This was a great surprise since their standard pouch is not my favorite.  This brief gives a great profile for an everyday pair of underwear.  I love the waistband with COCKSOX written just once, in the front, however, on their site, this brief has the brand name repeated all the way around.  I like the stripe around the waist which gives some style without being too loud.  Several color options means there’s something for everyone and I have to say, I like that they don’t include the basics – black, white or gray.  The sides are small without being a real bikini and the back gives full coverage and stays in place.

These have to be my favorite pair of Cocksox I own and will definitely be in my regular rotation.  I’ll probably get the other colors, as well, since their combinations are all pretty great!  The CX76N held up throughout the day, was very comfortable and were even my pajamas for the night.  I only wish the waistband was still the version I have since it’s a but more to my liking.  Not a deal breaker, though.  Once again, Cocksox hits it out of the park!

Today I’m reviewing the Cocksox CX03 Waistband Brief. I own a handful of undies from Cocksox so I was ready for the outrageous pouch, but hadn’t tried this exact style so was happy to try something new. This style comes in black, white, blue and red, which is currently on sale.

I wore these on an active workday simply because I wanted to review them – not because I thought they were practical. I would say the CX03 brief could be worn for work or to the gym if you really liked to show off in gym shorts. I was wearing jeans and the bulge was noticeable but tolerable.

Sizing seems in line with most brands in the US. These were a medium (32-34) and gave plenty of room everywhere without being loose. The pouch is there to show you off so there’s plenty of room – no need to size up. I used to wear my underwear very tight but in recent months have began to appreciate a bit more space, so if you’re in between sizes and like them tight, go down a size.

Cocksox always has great style and are made well. The fabric is 92% Supplex and 8% Lycra which gives them lots of stretch and they felt broken in and soft after just one wash. The back rode up throughout the day and did requires some adjusting. Honestly, sometimes it’s hot to let them ride up and leave them that way so that’s not really a complaint! More color options would be nice and as I’ve said before, the outrageous pouch isn’t my favorite. I like support and a bit of show off but the lift in these is almost silly under loose/thin clothing. The profile the pouch gives also isn’t sexy, in my opinion. It’s their signature so it shouldn’t change and I know they have other lines where the pouch is tamer, so they’re doing a great job offering something for everyone.

Cocksox in my mind is underwear “for fun” and not everyday but after wearing these I might reconsider that. While the initial feeling is that the pouch is too much and the back could be but a bit bigger, once I had them on and went about my day, they worked just like any other pair of briefs….I just had to be a little more careful when zipping up my fly. Maybe I’ll stop being such a dud and wear sexier underwear during “practical” times. For getting me to change my mind about anything – Cocksox deserves a thumbs up!

COCKSOX furnished the CX15 Mesh Brief for review.

Pros: Great fabric, cool mesh panels, anatomical pouch

Cons: No overwhelming cons.

SALVATORE Recommendation: This was my first pair of COCKSOX. I can’t believe I waited so long to add this brand to the collection. I am truly impressed. I wore the CX15 Mesh Brief around the house all day and decided to go ahead and give them a shot in the gym. The brief stayed in place and the mesh panels provided a very cool and breezy workout. This cuts down on sweat and odor while working out and allows for a more enjoyable experience.

Construction: The guys at COCKSOX do everything they can to provide the best of the best when it comes to how they put their underwear together. Not a single detail is left out as they sew and stitch some of the world’s finest men’s underwear. I usually see a diminished quality when brands work with mesh. This brief, however, is impeccable.

Fabric: The 95% Nylon and 5% Spandex blend is absolutely perfect. What’s not to love about its sleek appearance and soft touch? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! The blend is stretchy and form fitting giving you the lift you need with a natural feel. Soft to the touch and sturdy enough for a workout—sounds like a great combination to me.

Sizing: The sizing on this brief is true. I got what I ordered and will never second-guess the fit of anything I purchase from COCKSOX. Order exactly what their website has for measurements and you are sure to be pleased.

Pouch: The pouch is what makes or breaks a good pair of underwear in my opinion. I am no stranger to judging pouches by their appearance and almost always have a perfect eye. Honestly, COCKSOX appears to give an uncomfortable pointy look to the pouch that seems binding and uncomfortable. Don’t be fooled! The pouch is perfect for the anatomical lover. I enjoyed and it and can’t believe how well this pouch fits.

Daily Wear: I’d feel comfortable wearing this bikini cut brief to any function and under anything. The thin elastic leg bands and low-rise cut waist ensure no embarrassing lines. This is important if you’re like me and wear a few different outfits a day. Wear them to the gym, to work, out on the town, or even under board shorts. They are great for almost any occasion.

Pros: Not as big a pouch as the CX01, The mesh is sexy and not over the top, great starter pair for a guy to try mesh, tag info was printed in the pouch

Cons: Not the same pouch as CX01 (some of you love this pouch), Some may not like the basic colors.

UNB Tim recommendation:  This is a great pair for daily wear. It can be worn to work as equally as well on a date. It won’t loose it’s shape. Some mesh pairs can be made to be worn for an hour or more, this one I wore well over 12 hours and it felt great from the start till the end of the day. It’s also a perfect pair for a guy wanting to dip his toe in the mesh underwear world.

I am continuing the reviews of some of the latest Cocksox. So far they have been pretty good pairs. One of the newest lines is the Mesh line. I got the honor to review the CX75 Mesh Sports brief in white. It was one I have been curious about trying for some time now. It looked super sexy and a lot of fun.

The first thing I noticed was that this isn’t the same pouch in the CX01 briefs. It’s a more subtle pouch, meaning you won’t put everything out there. This maybe a bonus for some of you guys out there. Also, another thing that caught my eye was the tag. There is no tag in the back, it’s printed on the pouch. I thought this was a great touch. I can’t tell you how many times I have gotten mesh briefs, to only cut the tag out of the back.

I wore this to a somewhat active day. As I said above the pouch wasn’t as bulgy. The mesh wasn’t as stretchy as I thought it was going to be. This isn’t a bad thing but I expected something lighter and stretchier. However, it still fit great, I was not let down at all. It was a pleasant surprise for me. The mesh brief held up well to my running some errands and working. It’s a sexy pair that is made for a date night but designed for everyday wear as well. And, isn’t that the point of underwear to feel amazing and sexy each day.

Another area that worried me at first was the waistband. Having the fabric not be as stretchy, I wondered if it would stay up. I have reviewed pairs similar where the waistband couldn’t take all day wear. My fears were put to rest at the end of the day. The pair remained in place all day.

Speaking of fabric, this pair is made out of a 95% Nylon 5% Spandex. I received the white pair. It’s also available in black and red. The white seems to be the one that shows off less on me. Depending on skin tone you may have one that shows less than other pairs.

Sizing was spot on. It’s rare that I have had a pair that felt too small. I received and XL and it fit me to a T. Their sizing has been pretty consistent over the years. If you check the size chart, you should be confident the pair you get will fit you well.

I really enjoyed the brief. It held up to all day wear. It made me feel great all day. It is definitely a date night pair. I just need someone to wear it for! If you’re a fan of Cocksox and mesh, this is the pair for you. Also, if you want to try mesh for the first time. This is a great starter pair.

Pros: Limited Edition Print, Great pouch, Bikini cut, awesome fabric

Cons: Was a bit smaller, can show more bulge than some guys would like

Recommendation: If you love Cocksox these are a must have. The limited edition pair made out of the original style. They fit great with the incredible pouch. They were a little tight when I put them on but really didn’t affect my daily wear.

This year Cocksox celebrated their 10th year in business. In the world of men’s underwear that’s quite an accomplishment. While in Vegas early this year, I heard of this pair. An anniversary pair that would be coming out. It would have words on the fabric that are used to describe Cocksox. The words are pretty spot on for the pair!

The Decadence collection is available in many of their popular styles. Of course, the pair I wanted was the trusty CX01. They fit well, but they were a bit smaller than other pairs. More on that in a minute. However, the print is my favorite. When I was told about it. I pictured a red pair with white and black writing. I wasn’t let down with this pair.

I wore this to work to give them a good work out. They fit like other pairs of Cocksox. They have an amazing pouch that gives you great support. They didn’t bulge as much as I thought they would. Sometimes a pair of Cocksox can make you show off everything to everyone! The pair moved with me and never got in the way. I had to lift and move and be active all day.

Sizing in these were a bit smaller than I am used too. Most pairs of Cocksox fit great. Even if I have worn a size smaller, they still fit pretty well. It wasn’t uncomfortable and I only noticed it when I put them on, after they had been on I didn’t really notice it anymore. Which is fine because I hope to loose weight again and won’t have to worry about these not fitting;!

If you are a fan of Cocksox, the Decadence line is a must have. It celebrates 10 years of an amazing company. Show your love for Cocksox with these!

Pros:  Great fabric, incredible pouch, fun colors and did I say great pouch?

Cons: The bulge may be too showy for some guys, that’s about all I can see as a down side.

Recommendation: This is one of my favorite briefs of all time. I can’t recommend it enough. I think all guys need one or two of these in their underwear drawer. The support given by Cocksox is one of my favorite ever. They know how to make underwear without any straps or instructions to put on. They make a solid pouch that fits guys of all sizes. I say this is a must own pair!

It’s been a while since we had some Cocksox to review. They sent us over about 10 pairs that you will see in reviews soon. It will be split between myself, Beau Briefs and Salvatore. Cocksox being one of my favorite brands, I was really excited to get some of the pairs from the last year to try out. The CB01BD is one I have loved the color

The CB01BD is one I have loved the color combinations. It’s the CX01 brief cut but with contrasting trim. I received the Coral blue pair. Which is a blue on blue pair. But any of the colors would be amazing. The Vivid and Nightfall are two that are bright and fun. If you want a classic color, try the Carbon black.  It makes me want all the colors!

Knowing Cocksox like I do, I had to wear these to work. The incredible pouch is something I was looking forward too. I slid on the pair and felt instantly comfortable and at ease. The pouch has been one of my favorites for years. It fits me so well, it’s like it was designed for me. As the day went on I forgot I was wearing the pair. It covered and supported everything.

The fabric is 92% Supplex® 8% Lycra®. It is the perfect fabric for Cocksox. It breathes throughout the day. I never felt stifled. It conforms to every inch of my body and gives the best support. At the end of the day, the pouch is just as supportive as the beginning of the day.

The sizing of Cocksox is pretty much spot on with their sizing chart. You can almost be guaranteed that it will fit. The fabric has some give in case you buy smaller you won’t feel squashed or constrained. I have some a size smaller, that I wear on occasion, that fit good. I wouldn’t recommend doing that but, in my case, if you gain some weight you won’t have to get new undies.

If you’re looking for an amazing pouch and great fabric these are for you. They are stylish and fun. Made to the Cocksox standards!

Andrew Christian furnished the Almost Naked Steel Tagless Brief for review.

Rating: 8.6/10

  • Daily Fit: 7/10
  • Sizing: 8/10
  • Construction: 10/10
  • Styling: 10/10
  • Daily Performance: 8/10

Pros: Great stripe, soft Fabric, amazing cut.

Cons: Pouch is cut smaller than normal Almost Naked line.

SALVATORE Recommendation: I have been eyeballing this brief since Andrew Christian released it a while back. Andrew Christian’s Almost Naked line is what caused me to seriously consider anatomical pouches back in 2011. Since then, I always try and scope out his new products. Andrew Christian always produces superior products.

90045_brief_4_copyI do believe that every man should have the finest that the industry has to offer. Because I enjoy the anatomical pouch, I consider myself a student of the evolution of ergonometry (Yes, I just made that word up)! Andrew Christian is definitely one of the top producers of anatomical pouches to date. This brief took me by surprise. The pouch was much tighter and more restrictive than the typical Andrew Christian Almost Naked anatomical pouch. I found the pouch binding and almost uncomfortable. This brief’s pouch finds it’s best use in the gym or playing sports that need restriction in the crotch area of the underwear.

The fabric is amazing. I am not sure how Andrew Christian has perfected a cotton/lycra blend that feels so great. The lightweight airy feel of the brief truly lives up to it’s namesake—Almost Naked. I could barely feel the fabric next to my skin. This is something I always enjoy as a base layer.

The construction of the brief is absolutely top notch. The design and production teams in Los Angeles spare not expense in creating near perfection. Stylish and appropriate for all types of wear and use, the Andrew Christian Almost Naked Steel Tagless Brief is a great addition to my top drawer and I recommend that you give it a shot as well.

Cons:

  • Those guys who don’t like bright waistband may not like the FUKR band
  • If you’re conservative in underwear choice this is not for you
  • Mesh isn’t for everyone

UNB Tim’s Recommendation:

If you want a super sexy and fun pair of underwear. The Andrew Christian FUKR Net Brief 90036 is it. The mesh fabric is one of the best I ever tried. It’s fun, sexy and amazingly comfortable. I recommend this pair for anyone wanting to try or who already love mesh underwear

We got a few pairs of new Andrew Christian to review. One pair I was very curious about was the FUKR Net Brief. I am a fan of mesh but it’s not all meshes. There are a few that make you feel like you are rubbing your manhood against a cheese grater. Ok, that was a little too over the top but it’s true. Some mesh fabrics were made to be taken off. I had a bit worried about this pair but I was going to give it a try.

I wore these on a weekend day where it was going to be around the house. Just in case things went down hill with these. The first thing I noticed was the pouch. Net underwear in the past really haven’t had great pouches. I slid them on and I was seriously impressed. The mesh didn’t feel like mesh. It felt more like a solid fabric. It never got annoying at all. To say I was impressed is an understatement. The fabric was pretty incredible. I could have worn these on a regular day. Where have these been in the HOT southern summer.

The pair is made out of the following fabric. The Light Cool Fabric Content: 57% Cotton 38% Polyester 5% Spandex and Soft Contrast Stretch Fabric Content: 93% Cotton 7% Spandex. This fabric really impressed me. I was not expecting it to be so comfortable throughout the day. It was a very wise choice of them to use.

The sizing of the pair was pretty much as guaranteed. I wore and XL and that is my normal size. It fit me just fine. Make sure you double check the size chart. I don’t recall anyone really complaining about AC and their sizing. You should be good picking

I really liked this pair. I will wear it much more and not just on date nights. The FUKR brief is perfect for hot and humid weather like Atlanta in 90+ degree heat. If you’re looking for something super sexy and fun, give this brief a look. I don’t think you will be disappointed

s-l300-2King Style Underwear provided me with these undies for review. This is my second pair of King Style Underwear that I have had the opportunity to review. If you are looking for something unique and have an open mind about your undies, check these out for sure.

Rating: 8.6/10

  • Daily Fit: 9/10
  • Sizing: 7/10
  • Construction: 8/10
  • Styling: 10/10
  • Daily Performance: 9/10

Pros: The Rayon Spandex fabric is amazing and the style is totally on point

Cons: Too much fabric in the pouch flap, and watch your sizing on these as well

UNB John’s recommendation: These are a very fun pair of undies and if you are looking for something a little different that you can wear out for the night or wear all day give these a try. I recommend these for the fabric alone.

So this is the second pair in the King Style series that I had the opportunity to review. I actually liked these a lot better than the trunks that I reviewed.  Don’t get me wrong, the trunks are a pair I will keep and wear often, but these just seemed more my style. First off, I really like the contrasting colors around the leg openings. And the racing stripes down both sides. It just adds a little more fun and style to your typical pair of black briefs. The fabric, which was the first thing I noticed was very light and thin, but yet felt strong and not cheap at all. The waistband was similar, very thin and comfortable.

Just like the trunks, I reviewed from King Style. These have a very unique pouch in the front that keeps your balls and your shaft separate. The fabric in the construction of the pouch is flexible enough to move with you and adjust with the size of your shaft throughout the day. However, it seems like there is a lot of extra fabric in the pouch. It almost feels and looks like just a wad of extra fabric. On the flip side, the coverage over the butt is amazing. I love my squats at the gym. So I have a little extra back there and with most briefs I feel like my ass cheeks are hanging out, but not with these. They made my butt look amazing which is always a plus.

The fabric is amazing is it a Rayon Spandex mix that King Style calls Micro Tencel. It is very soft and breathable which is awesome. There Ebay store also says it is naturally wrinkle-resistant and environmentally sustainable. You have to try it to really understand the greatness of this fabric.

N2N Santorini 2N2N Bodywear furnished the Santorini Brief (SC4) for review.

Rating: 7.8/10

  • Daily Fit: 9/10
  • Sizing: 9/10
  • Construction: 7/10
  • Styling: 7/10
  • Daily Performance: 7/10

Pros:

  • Nice pouch, with a fun stripe detail.
  • Well constructed and sturdy cotton.

Cons:

  • Sturdy cotton not as soft as other cotton fabric N2N has had.
  • White undies are not my fav.

UNB T recommendation: A good pair to add to your basics collection, but maybe not for special occasions.

N2N Santorini1

More N2N is never a problem for me. I should probably invest in their stock, I’m such a believer. I love their extra special stuff, and I have a lot of their “basics” styles as well. The cut and pouch size on this pair are really nice. Especially the pouch which is huggy without being too squishy. My favorite part of this pair is the fancy greek inspired pattern on the waistband (I am into creative waistbands).

I love the cut of N2N’s underwear. They give very flattering pouches PAIRED with actual butt coverage (for the styles that want to cover the butt, that is). This pair has contrast bands around the leg holes and a stripe down the pouch front. This creates a nice assist to show off the curvy aspects of your anatomy.

The fabric of the underwear is 90% Cotton and 10% Spandex. It is a really good dense cotton. I shouldn’t have a problem with it. But because I was sent this pair alongside the 80% Cotton Neon brief. I feel like this is more of a “sturdy” cotton, so the feel isn’t as silky. It’s still a very nice cotton, but I would wear this in a cooler situation.

I would say I liked wearing this pair with a looser pair of pants/shorts, because it has a little more hold to it. So you’re not flopping around everywhere. I tend to like wearing slightly more “secure” pouch undies for when I’m wearing looser bottoms. Because I don’t want EVERYTHING swinging around.

N2N Santorini 3

It comes in 2 colors: White with blue contrast, or blue with white contrast. For $23, it’s definitely a good pair of underwear. Check it out at N2N Bodywear, and look at the other cuts in the Santorini collection.

Sizing: I got a Large, and I’m usually a large. Fits great. N2N is to my knowledge pretty dang accurate with their sizing.

Likes and Dislikes: I love the simple contrast details, and the nautical vibe of this pair. I

  • Daily Fit: 10/10
  • Sizing: 10/10
  • Construction: 10/10
  • Styling: 10/10
  • Daily Performance: 10/10

PROS:

  • Hugging anatomic pouch makes package feel loved but allowed to hang free.
  • Sexy neon color cotton.
  • Really nice texture cotton fabric.

CONS:

  • I don’t have 10 more of these undies.
  • Wish it came in more neon colors.

UNB T recommendation: I wouldn’t work out in this. But that’s mostly because I want to keep its longevity. I wore this to many functions, hanging around, an Underwear Bear Dance Cruise.

.

N2N Neon2

If you don’t already know, I have had a very long love affair with the products of N2N Bodywear. I love it when we do reviews for them because it usually means I’ll be very happy with what I get to review. This pair is exceptionally good. It is called the Neon Classic Cotton Brief. Most people think of “classic” and associate boring, this is nothing like that. The pouch is super great at letting your package hang while still keeping it supported. And out of the way of your legs. The pair is 80% cotton and 20% spandex, but it’s such an elegant blend, it feels like there’s silk in it. The pair is either all pink or all yellow, both neon, and features a black waistband.

The Freedom Stretch N-hance pouch on this pair is so great. Due to the combination of amazing pouch shape and fabric used. I felt so sexy wearing this all day on a cruise ship where underwear was the featured element for the dance party. It lets your package jiggle and bounce. While also not making you have to adjust your package ever from sitting or standing or anything. It also gives good butt coverage even for big muscle-butts. The waistband didn’t ride down in back if I had to bend over or anything. It does have a tag in the back. But it’s not that big of a bother (I am not an “all tags suck” kind of guy, just the irritating ones.)

N2N Neon3

N2N sizing is across the board very accurate with their size chart. I would stick with the size you are. Like I said above, I wish it came in more neon colors. I do appreciate the neon pink and highlighter yellow that it comes in already.

Pros: Perfect mesh panel for a hot day. Interesting cut and design

Cons:. If you don’t like dressing up this isn’t for you. If you’re conservative you may not like the style.

UNB Tim  recommendation: This pair is perfect for a hot humid day. It felt great and there isn’t any discomfort wearing it all day. It’s something different outside of my comfort zone.

King Style sent us 4 pairs to reviews. I posted one earlier and this is the second. UNB John will be doing the rest. It’s been a while since we had a review from him and we’re glad he’s back. The last pair was a boxer brief with a sleeve for you business. This pair was a brief and had, for a lack of better word, for your boys.

As I said in the previous review, King Style makes interesting undies. However, they have found a great place that makes their underwear different yet comfortable. I have tried so many types of underwear. Usually, when I find a brand like King Style. They have so much elastic to keep things in place, it cuts off circulation and makes me wish I had never tried them.

This is not the case with King Style. The Brief for this review was really interesting. It’s another pair where you dress up. Again if you’re not a fan you may not like that. Your boys, for a lack of better word, sit in a pouch. Not like an ergonomic pouch but one designed for the boys. They fit snug and feels really comfy. The pouch is also made out of mesh. This feature made my day. Being in Atlanta with 80%+ humidity, 90+ degree days and 72 Degree dew point. It’s miserable. This pouch made things breath and I felt awesome throughout the day. I don’t know who came up with this idea at King Style but my hat is off to you!

I wore these all day. To my part time job that is active and in the humidity. They fit pretty well. Again the mesh pouch for the boys kept me very cool. I think at one point I felt a breeze. I was almost like I wasn’t wearing any underwear.

Just like the sizing in the previous pair. Their sizing is not standard US sizing. It’s going to run smaller on the sizing chart. You may have to go up a size. So if you normally wear a medium you may need a large.

It was a pair that I will wear again. This pair is great for summer and really breathes with you throughout the day. Great job on these King Style.

Underwear Review N2N Bodywear Air BriefN2N Bodywear furnished the Air Brief (UN83) for review.

Rating: 10/10

  • Daily Fit: 10/10
  • Sizing: 10/10
  • Construction: 10/10
  • Styling: 10/10
  • Daily Performance: 10/10

Pros: Natural Pouch, Slinky Fabric, Lightweight.

Cons: None.

SALVATORE Recommendation: Admittedly, this is an older design with an updated color option. However, when I received the N2N Bodywear Air Brief in Peach, my eye was immediately drawn to its smooth look and lightweight feel. There was something new and clean about this brief that I hadn’t noticed before. It helped me get in the mood for a summer filled with fun new underwear colors, styles, and cuts.

If you read any review that I have done on this blog, you will know that I am a sucker for pouches. My collection is almost exclusively anatomical in nature. I have an eye for what pouch will work for me as soon as I physically get my hands on a brief. With that said, UNB Tim, put the thought in my head that sometimes a slinky fabric can give the same effect without the center seam anatomical pouch design that I’ve grown accustomed to. That led to me trying this brief and blowing my normal culling process out the window. The fabric on this brief is so sexy and slinky, that it might be the most perfect natural hang in my collection. I wish I had this brief in every color. N2N has done it again and created a manly brief that is both sexy and comfortable.

Here are a few things that I’d like to highlight.

Pouch: Read above. No need to restate the obvious. For a pouch snob, I didn’t turn my nose up when I slipped these on. I smiled from ear to ear and told my wife how awesome the design is. She agreed and even commented that they looked nice on me. She’s a sucker for a great pouch look too.

Waistband: This brief does not have your typical wide waistband that you see on many designers’ undies today. The waistband is narrow and slim and lies perfectly below the belt line so that it doesn’t stick out of pants at all. N2N perfectly matches up their logo over the hips (on the waistband) to create downward arrow focusing on the crotch of the underwear. Very artsy design that is admirable and creative.

Fabric: This fabric blend is slinky, thin, and soft. Doesn’t get any better than this. Be aware that if you wear this brief under thin pants or dress slacks. You get the full impression of your manhood without any hidden secrets. This can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the occasion of wear. Overall, the fabric gives you an “I’M NAKED!” feel. It’s splendid.

This design is a must have for your underwear drawer. As N2N continues the trend of updating colors to some of their designs that are flawless. I will be adding more and more colors of the Air Brief to my already outstanding collection of pouch briefs that allow for the natural to take place.

RATING: 8.6/10

DAILY FIT: 9/10

SIZING: 10/10

CONSTRUCTION: 9/10

STYLING: 7/10

DAILY PERFORMANCE: 8/10

PROS:

-Strong basic wear.

-Good bulge

-Lifted pouch keeps everything organized down there.

CONS:

-Tag in back.

TtheAmazing’s Recommendation: A fun basic to add to your wardrobe, featuring a unique waistband than a standard solid color or regular brand logo.

I got the Spartan Brief from N2N a bit of time ago, so I’ve had the chance to wear the pair a couple times. I enjoy N2N for their understanding of pouches. It is always a good pouch experience. This is no exception. It’s a simpler pouch than some of the more extravagant N2N style. It still keeps the package hanging sexy and away from being smushed by thighs.

SpartanBrief2

The pair is a good cotton blend, so you get a nice natural breathable brief hugging your booty. It features contrast binding around the leg holes, and on either side of the pouch. In the gray pair, the contrast binding is orange, in the mint pair, it’s yellow, and in the white pair, the contrast is red. The pouch itself is a one-piece pouch that features a dart below the anatomy to give shape.

What I think is cool about the pair is the unique waistband. Which features a greek art motif with the N2N name sneakily interspersed. I think it’s a nice small touch.  Because we’re all used to our waistbands being visible a lot. Why not make them a little more artistic than just having the brand name on it.

SpartanBrief3

I have never had a problem with N2N sizing, it comes in Small to Extra Large. To sum up, I am really happy with the pair, it’s a strong basic to add to your collection. As you saw above in my cons, my only true negative is the tag sticking out in the back and being irritating.

Pros: Great for summer wear, soft fabric and Xtreme pouch

Cons: Some may not like the loose fit, Not the N-hance pouch

UNB Tim recommendation: This line was made for summer. The amazing fabric and fit are some of the most breathable ever created. The breathability reminded me of the Air line. If you like a looser breathable fit this is for you!

We have had a ton of reviews from N2N Bodywear. We are so thankful they have graced us with so many pairs. It’s something from, I think, every collection, they released. One of the new lines is the Indy Racer. It’s available in brief and trunk. I call them more of a bikini and brief. Their trunks are cut more like a brief, well thats my opinion.

When I first saw the Indy Racer line it reminded me of swimwear. I’m not sure if its the cut or stripe that made me think this. Maybe it was the simplicity of the pair. Unlike swimwear the Indy Racer is a line made out of cotton. The exact fabric is 90% cotton / 10% spandex. It’s a looser cut than other pairs in the collection. Where as the Fresh Line was pretty tight, this allowed your to hang more freely.

The pouch in this one is the Xtremen pouch. My favorite is the N-hance pouch from N2N Bodywear. Like I said above, the pouch is a bit looser. Not too loose that things will get out of control. If you’re a fan of something with more support this pair may not be for you. I was surprised how well I liked it for the day.

I wore this pair out in the southern heat. It was the perfect pair to wear. The light fabric and fit made it very breathable. I was really pleasantly surprised. With the hot summers we have had all over, picking the right underwear is an important daily decision. If I was in an office job I think it would have been great but having to drive around and go out in the heat and humidity was the perfect pair.

Sizing for N2N is pretty spot on. I have never had an issue with them. Being an XL I have even work a few of the Larges I have and they still fit great. They stick to the standard US sizing model. I have never heard any issues with guys buying N2N Bodywear.

I really liked this pair and was glad I got a chance to try it out. Over the summer it will be in heavy rotation this summer. I thank N2N for creating the perfect summer pair.

Dustin’s Recommendation: The Stone Wash Brief will definitely be in my regular rotation as it held up very well throughout the day with very little adjustments or fuss

For this round I’m reviewing the N2N Stone Wash Classic Cotton Brief.  I love N2N and am a brief guy so I had little doubt these would be great.  The Stone Wash line is only available in blue but is available in every style there is – boxer, brief, bikini, g-string, jock and trunk.  There is a neon version which seems similar although it’s placed in it’s own category.  I was happy with the blue as well as the broken in feel of the fabric.  It’s as if they’ve been washed many times over and are already your favorite, well worn pair.

These were worn on a hot, summer day to work where I was planning on being more active than normal.  The material is 80% cotton and 20% spandex. They definitely hold their shape. But aren’t your typical “wicking” material that I associate with underwear for working out.  I would, however, say these would hold up at the gym, work or lounging around at home.

I wore a medium which fit my 31-32 waist perfectly.  The size chart says 30-34 (American) and that feels like an accurate guide for buying.  No need to go up or down a size as the material does have plenty of stretch.

When I first pulled these briefs on. I immediately loved the soft fabric and once my package was adjusted into the pouch. Things felt great.  The pouch is clearly defined by an elastic piping that goes down the sides and underneath which makes it very clear that everything goes up front and on a bit of display without being obnoxious.  The material creates an ergonomic pouch so you’re able to receive support while still hanging in a natural way.  I will say that while some structure is great.  I might like the piping to be a little more flexible so I didn’t feel the band behind my balls.  It wasn’t difficult to get used to but you were aware that it was there.

This brief only solidifies by love for N2N as I have yet to have a pair that I wouldn’t wear regularly.  The Stone Wash Brief will definitely be in my regular rotation as it held up very well throughout the day with very little adjustments or fuss.  I like sexy undies as much as the next underwear fanatic but I definitely value comfort and these deliver!  Next up might be the bikini or G…

Pros: great material, n-hance pouch, great fit.
Cons: Wish they had brighter colors .

UNB Tim recommendation: The Fresh brief is the closest you will get to a “basic” collection from N2N Bodywear. It fits great and is perfect for any active day. Or maybe just a lazy day at home. The N-hance pouch should solve any pouch issues you will have. It’s two thumbs up.

The Pair

I am a big fan of N2N Bodywear. I don’t think that is any secret. Over the course of UNB I have tried I think just about every pair they make. The Fresh Line was released in 2015. I didn’t get a pair from that collection, but did manage to get one this time! I was happy because this is something more of a classic style. The Fresh Brief is, in my opinion, the closest we have to a basics line from N2N.

The pair is made out of 90% cotton / 10% spandex blend. It fits really great. Plus its super comfortable through out the day. One of the features that I love best is it has the N-hance pouch. The N-hance pouch is their own pouch designed. It is a contoured pouch that should fit you pretty darn well.

The Fresh Briefs comes in three colors. They are White, Fresh Dreamy Blue and Fresh Mellon Green. The waistband is simple with the N2N Logo in the front. Around the back it has Made in Los Angeles. Each band matches the color with a white stripe in the middle. Except the white which is grey.

Review Conditions

I wore these to my part time job. Which is a lot of moving and being active. Plus it was super hot in Atlanta. We have had 90+ degrees and 70-80% humidity. Which makes wearing the wrong pair of underwear, a miserable experience. This pair didn’t add to my heat discomfort. The fabric and cut allowed it to breathe and felt great throughout the day. If it could survive this day of being outside and active. It could definitely be a great pair for the gym.

The N-hance pouch was perfect to wear. It gave me a lot of support through out the day. My biggest pet peeves is that a pair looses shape or pouch support through out the day. The Fresh Brief really held up great. All the pairs that have had the N-hance pouch have been really great. It’s a well designed pouch, that should fit most guys comfortably.

The Sizing

Sizing from N2N is pretty solid. They have standard US sizes. Which means a medium is 32 and it’s based around that sizing. I received an XL that fit pretty well. In all the pairs I have had from N2N have been consistent with sizing. You really shouldn’t have any issues with sizing.

Issues with the pair

There were no issues with this pair. I was very happy with the fit and feel. The only thing that I would love is if it came in brighter colors. I am a fan of bold colors in underwear. But, that’s a minor personal preference. The color I received was the blue. They did a great job with this pair!

Junk UnderJeans furnished this pair for review

Rating: 9.6/10

  • Daily Fit: 10/10
  • Sizing: 10/10
  • Construction: 10/10
  • Styling: 9/10
  • Daily Performance: 9/10

Pros: Fun, bold color, good/compact sizing, great durability.

Cons: No overwhelming cons.

UNB Tim recommendation: A great pair if you’re looking for a big more room up front! Super comfy and feels great throughout the day.

Junk Underjeans is a brand we have been friends with for a while. They are always at Magic in Vegas. They are a brand we need to cover more. The last time we reviewed them was a few years ago. They have grown and evolved over the last few years. I am loving what they are doing. We have underwear and activewear reviews coming your way soon.

The pair I am reviewing is the Junk X Burn Brief. This is the first time I have worn Junk UnderJeans. I was really excited to try the Junk X line because the line has a larger pouch. Its not a super large pouch but it’s definitely larger than the average. I slid them on and I didn’t have that magic moment when you slide on underwear that you felt was made just for you. It felt like a good pair of briefs. The pouch seemed just ok to me.

productview2-341It wouldn’t be till later that I would appreciate the pouch. The fit in these were very good. You can tell they designed these for guys to wear on a daily basis. As the day went on I totally forgot what I was wearing. To some this maybe a bad thing but not for me. If I wear a pair of underwear and forget I have them on it’s the sign of a great pair.

I wore these on a day when I knew I would be a bit active. I worked my part time job, that is a bit more active than my usual day. They held up really well with the lifting and driving I had to do that day. You definitely can wear these for a lazy day or an active day. I would dare say that these to the gym for great support.

The sizing of Junk UnderJeans is pretty spot on. In fact in certain lines they are making an XXL. These are just up to an XL. Which by happens to be the size I got. I’m still working my way back down to a large. It fit pretty well. It wasn’t too tight or too loose. The sizing across the board on Junk UnderJeans are pretty consistent. You should have no issues with them in sizing.

Some things I really liked about this pair is first the fabric. it’s a 90% POLYESTER/10%SPANDEX blend. I really loved the 10% spandex most. It gives it some great stretch. Next, is waistband. This isn’t a totally branded waistband but has the Junk X line name across the band. As for things I don’t like, there aren’t a lot. I was super happy with the pair. I would say that they could make the pouch a big bitter, but as it is snug but not too snug.

Undies Rock Recommendation: This may be on the slightly pricier side for a cotton brief but the style and cut will not let you down. This pair will leave you feeling and looking great

Hey underwear fans, it’s been a while since I’ve been at it. I got a little consumed with my personal and work lives but I’m glad to be back with some kick ass reviews. I’m really excited for the next few reviews I have lined up because they are for one of my favorite local brands, N2N!

Right now, I have for you the RS1 Indy Racer Brief by N2N in white.  Let’s start off by saying this brief is all pouch and butt!  As you might assume from the name, the brief is more on the sporty side. The thin breathable material is comprised mostly of cotton (90%) and with 10% spandex for extra movement and snug fit. The design is breathable with a single-ply, slightly transparent design. N2N’s “patented” Xtreme pouch design provides just enough support for your package. It allows for great comfort especially for those who are well endowed. Without being over restricting. The cup acts as its own protective barrier by isolating your package. Preventing it from chaffing.  This is a huge plus in my book, as having a pouch where the sides don’t stretch out is essential.  I will also add that the pouch has more of an anatomical and slightly narrow fit. With a center seam (always a turnoff).  One of my favorite aspects of the brief is the cut of the butt. It’s a mid-coverage, saucy design that sits low on the waist. It has a snug tight fit and doesn’t stretch out and lose its form or move around during the day.  I test drove a medium, which is rated for a 30-34 inch waist.  I am roughly a 33 inch waist, and like I said this brief is right on point.  The butt is super secure, and pouch has well defined perimeter with an anatomical vibe.  The construction is rock solid, and they have held up quite well to numerous washes.  Ultimately you can’t go wrong with a great tight fitting pair of white briefs.  They are so basic and always hit the spot!

The cotton construction has a sporty vibe. The two contrasting racer stripes on the sides and supportive cup. If you are a fan of exercising in cotton underwear, you will definitely dig this pair. Otherwise, it’s just an overall awesome pair for most activities, including long work days.  Personally I like this brief for lounging around for its comfy and sexy style.  If you are a more conversations underwear fan but are curious about edgier styles. This Indy Racer Brief is a perfect introductory pair. The style includes 2 inch sides and as mentioned before, low rise, mid coverage design.

The Indy Racer Brief comes in three colors. It has contrasting stripe/stitching options. The colors are white with blue, navy blue with yellow, and heather gray with orange. All of them look sweet and are sure to be winners. This pair can be found on the N2N website at $22 each. This may be on the slightly pricier side for a cotton brief but the style and cut will not let you down. This pair will leave you feeling and looking great!

Underweardude Recommendation: If you are looking for an interesting, non ergonomic pouch. A skimpier cut brief with bit of personality to it. Give this pair a try.

Hi  all, Underweardude here. Today i’m reviewing an interesting pair. N2N sent this pair for review. When I first saw the N2N Lounge brief, I was intrigued. For a few years now N2N has been making pairs with the idea of them being good for sleeping. Or lounging around the house in. Is the lounge brief good for lounging around the house in, and can it handle a full day as well? Read on to find out.

Made from a 95% Rayon, 5%Spandex, blend, the pair is quite soft. The material has some stretch, but not a whole lot. It doesn’t matter too much, except that it makes the pouch w little more restrictive at times. Speaking of the pouch, this pouch is not the N-hance pouch that N2N is known for. Rather, it is a contoured pouch where the center vertical seam is only on the bottom half of the pouch.  Very similar to the Almost Naked line by Andrew Christian. N2N calls this a seamless front pouch.  So if you were looking for a pair to really showcase your goods, look elsewhere. The pouch is fine, and I feel like this kind of pouch is better fitting for this pair. You aren’t trying to show off, you are just hanging out. Construction and sticking is up to N2N’s usual high standards. Though in some places on the inside elastic can be slightly seen, but that’s not a deal breaker.

This pair is also different from many past N2N pairs due to the adornment the pair carries. The size/care tag is an almost chocolate gold,. Rather than the usual plain white.  Which I have never seen before on an N2N pair. A small branded tag sits on the right hip of the pair as well. Metallic grey with that same gold forming the lettering. It looks nice, but I’m not quite sure why the outer logo tag was necessary, as much of what N2N makes isn’t branded. Still, it is an interesting touch.  That does help to make an otherwise black brief interesting.

The cut helps make this pair different as well. While called a brief. It’s barely there waistband and high cut legs make it practically a bikini brief. I wasn’t a huge fan of the look at first, but it’s grown on me. The pair sits just right on the hips, too. Not too low, not too high. I am a fan of the thin, stylish waistband. You almost don’t notice that its there when you first see the pair. The back is basically a normal full back that you would expect from a brief.  Though on me I found the lower part to be slightly too small, but just. The size small pair I received was a little bit tighter than N2N usually is at first. That may be due to the midwestern diet I had on my recent vacation. I am also right in that dead zone between S and M, so sizing is kind of a crap shoot for me.

I wore the Lounge Brief on a somewhat busy weekday with a meeting and long hours of work, and it worked pretty well. My only real complaint is that it isn’t the most breathable pair. Not unbreathable, but I wouldn’t wear this pair to go exercising in either.

So how does the pair do when living up to its name and lounging about? Well, I’m not one for lounging around in just my underwea.  I don’t think you really need a particular pair for that. The pair performs admirably in that regard. I tend to think for that you would want something comfortable but still looks good, and the Lounge Brief hit’s that mark. This pair will definitely be worn again. I think it is a fine pair for everyday wear, and will be going into my everyday drawer.
