Bounce-boxer-Red-SideToday I am excited to get to review the Marcuse Bounce boxer. When I first felt them I was pleased by the super soft material and the construction was very good quality. The style was a mix between retro and modern, its fun, sporty and sexy. The mix of 90% Micro Modal/ 10% Elastane fabric makes for a great pair of underwear.

When I first pulled them on and examined myself in the mirror I was pleased with the cut and fit, and especially how sexy they look on. They have a great pouch for your goods that’s supportive and comfy. The waistband has the Marcuse logo in gold with black and grey stripes.

The leg openings and waistband are snug but not binding. The material breathes throughout the day and stay snug and does not sag or droop. The front pouch offers the ideal amount of support but allows freedom of movement.

I wore these all day at work. I do a lot of lifting, walking, sitting and standing and these Marcuse Bounce boxers did not disappoint. They never caused any discomfort and did not disappoint.

One of my favorite features of this underwear is the construction of the pouch. They way it is made it creates an effect of a cock ring lifting and pronouncing your goods in a highly flattering manner.

I modeled these for a very good friend and he pointed out how great the Marcuse Bounce boxer made my goods come to life. He said he is going to have to get some pairs for his own collection.

Pros:

  • Awesome material and construction.
  • Great cut and style.
  • Comfortable, offering great support.
  • Supports and pronounces your “junk” nicely
  • Very sexy cut, fit and look.

Cons:

  • I honestly do not have a “con” to mention

Ratings:

  • Daily fit – 10
  • Sizing – 10
  • Construction/Material – 10
  • Styling – 10
  • Daily Performance – 10
  • Overall – 10

If you like underwear that breaks from the style tradition and is fun, flirty, comfy and sexy, the Marcuse Bounce boxer is a must have for your underwear drawer. Marcuse furnished these for review

Denim inspired underwear is a trend I see starting in men’s underwear. A few brands have come out with their own inspired denim underwear. But, aussiebum always takes underwear and makes it their own! Denim underwear is no different. Its always a design that is super sexy and flattering to a guy.

““BodyDenim” is the newest in print innovation by aussieBum. The denim inspired print is featured on the entire garment with both the body and waistband being custom engineered. The first of its kind in bringing outerwear fashion closer to your body, this product is available in both the brief and long-leg hipster styles.”

My favorite is the brief because I love how they did the pocket on the back! Plus the waistband that looks like a pair of jeans to me is super fun. I think its a job well done. Available in a pair of hipsters and brief. Made out of a 92% Polyester 8% Elastane blend. The brief retails for $30.50 and hipster is $35.50.

Find this an other pairs at the aussieBum website.

1_year_anniversary

It’s hard to believe that CR7 underwear is celebrating one year! I swear I feel like the brand has been around longer than just one year. CR7 was founded by Cristiano Ronaldo and New York-based designer Richard Chai. “Everything from the making of the various styles, the colors and the fabric has been taken into consideration by the football player and designer. ”

When first released I think many thought he was following the footsteps of David Beckham. However, after seeing the collection he has put his own style influence in the underwear. Unlike David Beckham, who’s collection is rather plain in the color department. CR7 has gone the other direction with color. They aren’t afraid and make amazing colors and stripes. Which I think is a great thing!

We have reviewed CR7 and it’s scored really well. Our Reviewer Tim said it was one of his favorite he’s reviewed for UNB. To celebrate their anniversary they are releasing a multiple set of 2-pack trunks or  4-pack socks. Check out all the pairs on the CR7 website.

pulse-wrestle-back-again

Here we go again! As most of you know, we launched these wrestling singlets back in April 2012 and completely sold out in 12 hours. It took six months to get more but they once again sold out in 3 hours. We got our third batch four months later and again sold out in a few days. We honestly thought Pulse had gone out of business as this new order was placed over a year ago and we heard nothing. Phone calls weren’t returned, emails not responded to, then three months ago, completely out of the blue, Pulse contacted us asking if we still wanted our order. We, of course said yes and they have finally arrived.

Wrestling is pretty damn hot as it is, with all those hunky guys in skin tight singlets with their prominent bulges rolling around the ground with other wrestlers grabbing them “accidentally” in all the right places. Well, Pulse has upped the ante making singlets in their signature soft 4-way stretch and totally see-through mesh showing off not only the bulge but what’s causing it. Oh, and don’t worry about that huge boner that’s sure to pop up from wearing this hot gear – Pulse’s 4 way stretch mesh can handle it.

These wrestlers now come in six patriotic versions: USA, Canada, Great Britain, Australia, Germany and Japan. Collect them all and invite your friends to your very own wrestling event, just be sure to send us the video!

As mentioned above, these wrestlers are in high demand so if you really want one, get one now as it could be months (if at all) before we get more. Unfortunately, we can’t take pre-orders so it’s first come first serve.

Be sure to check out Jockstrap Central for all the sizzling hot photos of our favorite porn star model Ryan Russell putting these wrestlers through their paces.

Unknown-12Gregg Homme is a company that really knows how to make great undies for men. So the Modalounge line was sone i was super excited to try. The line is made out of modal which is one of my favorite fabrics for underwear! Mix the briefs with the pants and to me this was a winning combination.

The first thing I will cover is the briefs. The first thing I noticed was the fabric. It was just as I had hoped it would be, very well made and felt amazing when i opened the package. So when I slid them on I knew they would feel amazing. But, there was one slight problem. And this is odd coming from a pair of Gregg Homme. The pouch was too small. At first I thought I maybe needed to adjust the pouch some. But no matter what I did it was a little snug

This is really odd for Gregg Homme. I have had pairs that I never thought would work and stretch to fit me. This was one that made me sad because I really love this pair! If you’re an endowed guy you may have a problem. If you’re average in the junk department you may not have a problem. Even with this issue I wore them to work.

I noticed the pouch issue a few times during the day. It wasn’t one of those pairs where you got “Damn I have to take these off” it was only when I did certain things. It still felt amazing through out the day. I just made sure I didn’t stretch and bend too much through out the day.

The contraction of the pair was top notch. Like all Gregg Homme they have great production and there were no issues. Sizing is another issue that was on the mark. I wear a size XL in them and in was it and in the back was great. It wasn’t tight or binding, sometimes when the pouch doesn’t fit you can have this issue.

Lets talk about the pants. The pants fit great and to me felt a little too good. They were ones I put on one morning and didn’t want to take off. The modal material was a great choice for the pants. They are amazing for loungewear. The waist didn’t bind, they fit in all the right places and I just wanted to stay in and relax in them. So I could def recommend them for anyone needing super comfy pair of lounge pants.

Pros:

  • Amazing material
  • Great contraction
  • Stylish and low key

Cons:

  • Too small a pouch
  • Some may like the wilder designs of Gregg Homme

Reviews:

  • Daily Fit – 7
  • Sizing – 9
  • Construction – 10

GBGB Charly BLACKAs I continue into my growing knowledge and experience with various underwear brands. I had the pleasure to take a second trip into the transition of basic to sexy with another pair of Good Boy Gone Bad. I was excited to receive another pair from this brand that I had only experienced one with and was immediately intrigued by the design. The Charly brief features a brief like shape with an open front concept complete with bands of fabric connecting the two sides in the front. This may look like a normal brief from the back but when you turn around and show off your front, that package will be popping out on display!

The cotton and lycra mix was a nice comfortable soft material that I instantly knew would feel great under my suit. I was nervous about wearing this pair throughout my work day due to the exposed front. That quickly passed and I became excited to have this on all day for my test run. When I slid them on I instantly noticed the soft fabric that felt great against my body. I positioned everything right so that my package looked good exposed in front with a few lines of fabric stretching across it. I wear a medium and the pair held up to size. The back and the waist fit perfectly to my body and did not leave me in any discomfort during the day. The pouch was a little tighter than some of the other pairs I have been wearing lately. It is not uncomfortable but there is not a great deal of room. Well endowed men may want to keep this in mind.

As usual, I wore them through my normal day of sitting, standing, walking and all of the normal activities for a typical work day. The one negative thing I will say about this brief in the course of my day is it is not always practical for going to the bathroom. I felt I took a little longer to put things back in place and zip up. You have to make sure you don’t poke out through one of the bottom strands! Occasionally through the day I would feel a sense of surprise or pause when I could feel my pants rub up against my skin through movements. I was nervous about this irritating my skin but luckily it was not that bad to do that. On a side note, due to the open pouch concept, I would recommend a good trim before wearing this pair of briefs!

Overall this was a very fun pair of briefs that I think is beautiful looking. It may not be the most practical pair to wear throughout the course of the work day. I would definitely put this towards the top of my list for a nice dinner date with my partner followed by a romantic evening in the bedroom. The pair radiates with sex appeal!

Pros:

  • Soft material
  • Intriguing visual front
  • Great back and waist fit

Cons:

  • Not easily practical
  • Less room in front pouch

I am kind of upset I”m just now finding out about Gässling before now. They emailed us to let us know they are shutting down the underwear side of their site. Gässling is a Swedish company that started to create eco friendly underwear.

Gässling makes premium underwear for men. The underwear are made from the highest quality organic cotton. The design has a minimum of seams for a superior fit and a nifty detail is that the care instructions are printed, to avoid that annoying itchy label in the back.
One big thing other than at least 50% off is free shipping world wide. Go check Gässling out!

ModusVivendiEternalMaking muscle takes time and calories; that’s just the way it is. But you can help the process along by choosing lifts that tap into the body’s natural anabolic (tissue-building) hormonal system.

Lifts that use multiple joints and incorporate many muscle groups are the kings of muscle-building because they require a vast amount of muscle fibers to move the load. When such a big group of muscles is required to work at once, your body releases hormones like testosterone and growth hormone as a response to the stress.

There are five in particular that always seem to be more effective than the others. I want to share them with you.

THE SQUAT

The squat is the foundation of any good muscle-building program. It’s an amazing lift not only because it hits huge muscles like the glutes, quads, and hamstrings, but because it requires almost every single muscle in your body—from your calves to your shoulders—to turn on.

I love the squat because the movement pattern can be altered to fit each individual lifter. For example, beginners or those with mobility issues can start with the goblet squat, then progress through the front squat before starting the back squat and increasing to a larger range of movement.

THE DEADLIFT

The two exercises that incorporate the most muscle mass and the greatest number of joints are the squat and the deadlift. Just like the squat, the deadlift can be adapted to an individual’s ability level and orthopedic restrictions. You can use trap bars, kettlebells, or adjust the starting position by placing the bar at a higher position on a rack.

You can also do either traditional or sumo deadlifts, as long as your back is in a safe position and you’re using your hips to drive the movement. All in all, the deadlift is essential for those looking to build muscle.

THE PUSH-UP

The push-up has done more for improving size and definition. The efficacy of this exercise comes from the fact that push-ups can be performed for high volumes, and require more stabilization from your legs and core than the bench press. Furthermore, push-ups allow the scapula to move freely, which is healthier for your shoulders than the scapula-restricted exercises you do on a bench.

The downside of the push-up is that it is not as easily loaded as other chest exercises. But, with some chains, a weight vest, or a weight plate, push-ups can be loaded effectively.

THE REVERSE LUNGE

There is some debate about using unilateral (single-side) exercises to build muscle. Some say that unilateral training is less effective than bilateral training because a lifter can’t use heavy weight and therefore can’t induce the same hormonal response. However, there is one aspect of unilateral lifts that can be very beneficial to muscle-building: the accumulation of lactate.

Single-leg exercises require twice the duration and effort of bilateral exercises. This high energy expenditure results in a large accumulation of lactate in the working muscles and throughout the body.

Reverse Lunge

Of all the single-leg exercises, barbell reverse lunges are my favorite, because doing them calls for the use of multiple joints and a lot of muscles. I also like them because they recruit your glutes and hamstrings as the prime movers. Your quads, which have a habit of taking over leg movements, are relegated to an assistant position.

You can perform a reverse lunge with dumbbells held at your sides, a barbell in the front rack position, or with a barbell on your back.

 SUSPENSION ROWS

Similar to the push-up, suspension rows to machine or dumbbell rows because they require stabilization from your core and lower-body muscles. The handles of the suspension system also allow for various hand positions, which make the exercise easier on the shoulder joint.

If your body weight isn’t enough, increase the load by elevating your feet or using a weight vest, chains, or weight plates.

Andrew Christian is no stranger to making super fun undies. The latest Trophy Boy Gigolo Boxer. It’s more of a cross between a brief and a trunk than a full on boxer. For a boxer you think longer legs and a full body. this has more of a shorter leg and two cut outs on the side. I neglected to mention the sheer pouch!

This pair is part of the Trophy Boy line, which means its made for men with larger endowments. The pouch is specifically made so it will fit and show off what a larger guy has to show. The pouch also will, literally show off, what you have. It’s not super sheer but you will see everything, so if you’re thinking of wearing to the gym, you may think again or if your’e that bold I say go for it.

It’s part of his limited edition pairs. So this will sell out quick if you don’t get it early. It is also available in blue or red. After our first stop in Leicester, England, where we saw the Pride line sumptuously photographed by Gavin Harrison, our next stop is beautiful Newport Beach, California. The line presented is Modus Vivendi’s new Military line and the photographer who created these knock-out images is the renowned Tom Cullis. Recruiting an army of seven models (five men and two women) Cullis set to work interpreting the spirit of this new line and the results are, we think, sensational.

Xavier Guttierez, Adam Fletcher, Darrell Thomas, Matt LeMond, Rocky Russo, Mona Dash, Erin Lup and set assistant Joseph Sayers worked together with the photographer to create some of the most striking Modus Vivendi campaign images we have ever seen.

The Military line comprises boxers, briefs, jockstraps and tank tops along with hoodies, joggers and bermuda style shorts. All in khaki and black tones. 0a6245b1-18a3-449d-99f1-0a0b886b464fNasty Pig is a brand that isn’t afraid to take some risks! They have released the new Venom briefs. Which many may know by the title is a Snake print pattern! This was a pattern that was specifically designed by Nasty Pig for this pair. This one is one of the best they have ever released! Here is what they say about the pairs:

“Our venom briefs have an engineered snake print on them. That means the pattern doesn’t simply repeat, but the right scales fall in the right spots to accentuate the right things. The waistband has NASTYPIG woven in with a metallic thread. The colors are strong and loud…much like our customers.”

So this isn’t a pattern that was cut out and just pieced together. The scales on the pouch will accent what you have! It’s great to have more companies pay attention to patterns and prints. This pair is also available in Pink (as pictured) yellow and blue.

It retails for $29.oo on the Nasty Pig Site.
